Akshay Graduated BE from UVCE, then went on to pursue Mtech in Power Electronics from BMSCE, Even though he had multiple job offers in hand, his interest and aptitute in teaching has grounded him in teaching . Over the years with personal coaching Akshay has changed lives of many students. Ashwini Ghising did her BA in English from St. Xaviers College Kolkata, then went on to pursue MA in Women Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences Mumbai, after working for a couple of years in CSR and NGOs, realized that teaching was her forte and she then went on to pursue Bachelors in Education and further getting a MA in English. It was during one of the fieldwork in various parts of India, she realized teaching was the career she wanted to pursue. Also qualified in CTET and SET Ashwini has experience of 2 years in teaching. She believes in building good ethics, a friendly approach, and a simpler method of understanding with relatable context so that the students can grasp the concept easily.
